Tried making some caramel popcorn the other day.....
Heated together some 75gms butter with 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4th cup honey till the sugar dissolved. Then let it boil unstirred till it was a nice golden brown. Poured over 3 cups of popped corn. Spread on a greased baking tray. Let it cool down and broke it into pieces again.
Yummy!!!!!!! Now for a good movie to go with it..:)
As an aside: I should have, probably, let it brown some more.
